Marcy was incredible. Her enthusiasm is infectious and I am more excited than ever to visit Chatanooga. She is truly an expert in the area. She gave me all sorts of insider tips and useful suggestions for areas and activities I was asking about. But it went way beyond that. Because we were having a conversation face to face (sort of ) there was a connection. That's something you can't get from google. That connection led to her offering up other activities and opportunities that I would never have known about! She is a true gem and you should see what she has in store for you!

Emily is such a pro. And an absolute delight. Being able to have a free flowing conversation about my trip face to face (thank you Zoom) lends such excitement to the whole planning process. We vibed off each others enthusiasm for a great conversation.
