I’ve run ultras across Mexico, England, and Guatemala and climbed peaks like Pico de Orizaba. For me, the outdoors is about movement, challenge, and mental clarity.

I grew up in Yorkshire, where I spent my childhood running through the countryside, hiking with my grandad, and learning to appreciate the quiet power of nature. As I traveled, I realized that no matter where I was in the world, the mountains, forests, and trails always felt like home. Running, climbing, and pushing myself physically became not just a passion, but a way of life.

Where I Can Help:

📍 Yorkshire & the UK – I’ve run and hiked these trails my whole life, from the Peak District to the 100-mile route through the North Yorkshire Moors.

📍 Mexico’s Mountain Ranges – I’ve competed in ultramarathons across the country, from Valle de Bravo to the high-altitude trails of Mineral Del Chico. If you’re planning a race or climb, I can help.

📍 Guatemala & Central America – Antigua’s surrounding mountains and trails are some of my favorites for training and adventure.

📍 Panama & Australia – Whether you’re looking for endurance runs or off-the-beaten-path treks, I’ve explored trails that offer both challenge and reward.

My Favorite Adventures:

🏃 Running 100 Miles Through the North Yorkshire Moors – No better way to experience home than by running every inch of it, British weather and all.

⛰️ Summiting Pico de Orizaba – The highest peak in Mexico, where the altitude humbled me, but the summit made it all worth it.

🥾 Trail Running Valle de Bravo – Racing “The Fastest Mile” and pushing through rugged high-altitude trails surrounded by stunning landscapes.

Expertise & Interests:

🌍 Ultramarathon Training & Prep – I’ve learned a lot through my own experience and can help you plan your training, gear, and mindset for long-distance races.

🏔️ Trail Running & Endurance Sports – From multi-day trail races to high-altitude mountain running, I can help you find the best routes for your goals.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga & Recovery for Athletes – As a yoga practitioner, I’m a big believer in balancing intense training with recovery and injury prevention.

🚀 First-Time Adventurers & Extreme Athletes – Whether you’re starting your endurance journey or pushing for the next big challenge, I get the mindset—and how to keep it strong.
