Hi, I’m Danielle! I grew up skiing and hiking in Colorado and built my life around outdoor adventure. I’ve worked as a backcountry ski instructor, outdoor gear expert, and archaeologist, spending my days hiking in some of the most remote landscapes. Whether you’re planning a Rocky Mountain hut trip, a Patagonia backpacking adventure, or your first canyoneering route in Utah, I’d love to help you prepare and feel confident out there.
Where I Can Help
📍 Colorado & the Rocky Mountains – From ski touring in Crested Butte to hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park, I know this region inside and out, from technical mountaineering routes to beginner-friendly trails.
📍 Utah & the Colorado Plateau – Moab, Escalante, Zion, Capitol Reef—if you’re looking to plan a canyoneering, hiking, or climbing trip in Southern Utah, I can guide you to the best routes for your experience level.
📍 Patagonia & Argentina – I’ve backpacked Torres Del Paine, the Huemul Circuit, and the Fitz Roy region, and can help you navigate permits, routes, and conditions for a dream trip.
📍 New Zealand – I’ve solo traveled extensively through the South Island, hiking some of the country’s most spectacular trails.
📍 Mount Rainier & the Pacific Northwest – I’ve summited Mt. Rainier and can help you prepare for technical climbs, long treks, and multi-day backcountry trips.
My Favorite Adventures
🏔️ Summiting Mt. Rainier – The hardest and most rewarding trip I’ve done—pushing my limits in alpine mountaineering.
🎒 Backpacking Torres Del Paine & the Huemul Circuit – Unreal landscapes, glaciers, and some of the most stunning trails in the world.
🎿 Ski Touring in Colorado – From hut trips in the San Juans to backcountry skiing in Crested Butte, this is my home turf.
🧗 Canyoneering in Utah – Slot canyons, technical descents, and hidden places most people never see.
