Mary was amazing! Just being able to connect face to face we fed on each others enthusiasm and love for the country until a beautiful framework of not one but 2 potential trips emerged. (Actually, she gave me other options as well!) Based on our lively discussion she introduced another location in Italy I had never considered and ultimately, - that's where I'm going . She listened to me and not only helped me plan the trip I had envisioned but came up with an even better vision for me! Talking with her saved me about 5 hours of going in the wrong direction. She is such a delight and super knowledgeable and she gratefully shared her vast experience for me to enjoy. I

Marcy was incredible. Her enthusiasm is infectious and I am more excited than ever to visit Chatanooga. She is truly an expert in the area. She gave me all sorts of insider tips and useful suggestions for areas and activities I was asking about. But it went way beyond that. Because we were having a conversation face to face (sort of ) there was a connection. That's something you can't get from google. That connection led to her offering up other activities and opportunities that I would never have known about! She is a true gem and you should see what she has in store for you!

Emily is such a pro. And an absolute delight. Being able to have a free flowing conversation about my trip face to face (thank you Zoom) lends such excitement to the whole planning process. We vibed off each others enthusiasm for a great conversation. She gave me so much information and it was so wonderful to just enjoy what she was without frantic note taking - the Trip Guide that covered everything we talked about AND other bonus information and ideas Emily included based on our interaction. Her good service makes the planning part of my trip part of enjoying my trip!

Had a great call with Steve the other day discussing a possible trip to Denali National Park. Steve was awesome. Super knowledgeable about the park and fun to talk to. Steve pointed out some park ideas I had not thought of and because of his advice I was able to finalize the details of my trip. A wonderful and helpful experience!
